Albusul se bate spuma cu zahar dupa care se adauga doar 4 galbenusuri amestecand usor.Faina se amesteca impreuna cu cacao apoi se inglobeaza in compozitia de albusuri.Compozia se pune intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se da la cuptor la foc mediu 180C pentru 35-40 minute.Blatul se lasa la racit,dupa care se insiropeaza cu ness,apa si zahar.Pentru crema se amesteca celelalte 4 galbenusuri cu zahar pe baie de aburi pana se topeste zaharul apoi se lasa sa se raceasca pana ajunge la temperatura camerei.Adaugam si esenta de vanilie.Mascarpone se bate putin cu mixerul apoi din crema de galbenusuri adaugam cate o lingura in crema mascarpone.Frisca se bate bine apoi se adauga in crema de mascarpone si galbenusuri.Blatul il taiem in doua si intindem jumatate din crema peste blat.</b></div>

<b>Pentru a prepara crema,se inmoaie gelatina in 100 ml apa rece,se amesteca si se lasa pt 10 min la frigider.Dupa aceea se pune peste laptele fierbinte(cat sa ne arda putin la deget) dar nu clocotit.Se amesteca pana se dizolva gelatina.Se lasa deoparte.Intr-un castron punem crema de branza,zaharul pudra, esenta de vanilie si mixam pana la omogenizare.Se toarna apoi putin cate putin din smantana pt frisca.Marim usor viteza mixerului si se bate cca 5 minute,apoi se micsoreaza si se toarna treptat laptele cu gelatina.Mai mixam cateva secunde.Capsunele proaspete se curata de codite si se taie in jumatate pe lungime.Se pun de jur imprejur pe peretii inelului in pozitie verticala cu partea taiata spre exterior.</b></div>
